Are deposits refundable?
Yes. Deposits are refundable before your unit enters production. Once manufacturing begins, your deposit may convert into a partial payment toward your Renuvi Touch™ order.
When will Renuvi Touch™ ship?
Because this is a Founder’s Circle launch for a prototype-stage product, we cannot guarantee an exact ship date yet. Members will receive updates as prototype refinement, validation, manufacturing preparation, and launch timelines progress.
How will final payment work?
When Renuvi Touch™ is ready for release, you will receive instructions to complete your final balance. Your Founders Circle deposit will be applied in full toward that purchase.
