Cancellation policy

Peach X Pearl may offer certain products through special purchase options, including preorder, limited-batch, handmade, made-to-order, or other purchase options when available.

Purchase options will be clearly noted on the product page when applicable. Processing times, estimated shipping windows, and any special order details may vary by item.

Orders may be canceled only before the order has entered processing, production, or fulfillment. Once an item has begun processing, been prepared for shipment, entered production, or shipped, the order may no longer be eligible for cancellation.

For preorder, handmade, limited-batch, or made-to-order items, cancellations may not be available once an order has been placed in production.
