I placed a preorder before 2025 at a different price. What does that mean for me?
Customers who placed Legacy Orders before 2025 are fully secured. Your order will be honored, regardless of whether you paid the full retail price or a discounted early option.
All Legacy deposits and payments are applied toward your device, even though the retail price of Renuvi Touch™ is now projected at $699+. You also retain your early access and VIP status within the Founder’s Circle.
Why does the page show $699+ if I’m only paying a deposit now?
$699+ reflects the expected retail price of Renuvi Touch™ (required for Google and retail listings).
As a Founder’s Circle member, you only place a tiered deposit now, which is fully applied toward that retail price at launch.
How do the deposit tiers work?
We offer three Founder’s Circle deposit tiers: • Tier 1: $100 deposit → secures your spot. • Tier 2: $250 deposit → includes a bonus accessory gift. • Tier 3: $500 deposit → grants VIP early delivery priority and accessory gift. All deposits are credited toward your final Renuvi Touch™ balance.
Are deposits refundable?
Yes. Deposits are refundable up until your unit enters production. Once manufacturing begins, your deposit converts into a partial payment on your Renuvi Touch™ order.
When will Renuvi Touch™ ship?
As this is a Founder’s Circle launch, we cannot guarantee an exact ship date yet. Our commitment is to keep members updated regularly on progress and provide an early shipping window once production timelines are finalized.
Will I receive updates after I reserve?
Yes. Founder’s Circle members receive exclusive email updates, behind-the-scenes looks, and priority announcements as we move through prototyping, testing, and production.
How will the final payment work?
When Renuvi Touch™ is ready to ship, you’ll be notified by email with instructions to complete your final balance. Your deposit will be applied in full toward that amount.
